No, SheetSmith works exclusively with Google Sheets. We do not support Microsoft Excel. We believe Google Sheets offers the best solution for modern collaboration and cloud access. You must use Google Sheets to access the full functionality of our products.

4. What do I need to use your sheets?
You only need an active Google Account (Gmail) and an internet connection. Google Sheets is completely free to use, and you do not need to install any additional software on your computer.
5. Can I use these sheets on my mobile phone?
Yes, you can access and edit our sheets using the Google Sheets App on your mobile or tablet. However, for the best user experience and to view detailed dashboards comfortably, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer.
6. How will I receive the file after purchasing?
Once your payment is complete, you will instantly receive an email with a link to access the Google Sheet. You will be able to access and operate your own sheet.
7. What is your Refund Policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. Please read our Refund Policy. However, if there is a technical defect in the file or if it does not function as described, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

9. Do I need to be an expert in Google Sheets to use your products?
No, not at all! We design our sheets to be “plug-and-play.” All the complex formulas and automation are already done for you. You don’t need any technical skills, just enter your data, and the dashboards will update automatically.
10. Can I share the purchased sheet with my friends or colleagues?
