1. Store & Website Information
Our website is hosted on a secure web platform managed by us. We use third-party payment gateways to process transactions securely. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services, or have permission from a parent/guardian.

SheetSmith sells digital products (specifically Google Sheets templates, automated dashboards, and related digital content). After successful payment, download access is provided electronically through the website and/or via order confirmation email.
Software Requirements:
Google Account: You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid Google Account (free or Google Workspace) to access our files.
Google Sheets Only: Please note that our products are designed exclusively for Google Sheets. They are not designed for Microsoft Excel. We do not guarantee compatibility if you attempt to export or convert our files to Excel or other spreadsheet software.
4. License and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated on a product page, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to copy the digital product to your Google Drive for your personal use or internal business use.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share the access links or copied files (or any portion of them) to third parties.
Upload the files to public sharing sites, marketplaces, or file-sharing services.
Claim the templates or dashboards as your own original work for resale or distribution.
Remove branding, copyright notices, or license terms where included.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
Prices are shown on the product pages and may change at any time without notice.
Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, bKash, SSLCommerz). We do not store full payment card numbers or banking details on our servers.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, duties, or fees required by your jurisdiction.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads and access is immediate, returns and refunds are handled strictly according to our Refund Policy. Generally, due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are only issued under specific technical circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SheetSmith and its owners/operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services or any digital products.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SheetSmith from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time where permitted by law, including if we suspect fraud, misuse, copyright infringement, or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

SheetSmith (“SheetSmith”, “আমরা”, বা “আমাদের”) sheet-smith.com ওয়েবসাইট এবং এর সম্পর্কিত পরিষেবাগুলো পরিচালনা করে। এই শর্তাবলী (“Terms”) আপনার ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার এবং আমাদের পণ্য কেনাকাটার নিয়মগুলো নির্ধারণ করে। আমাদের সার্ভিস বা পণ্য ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

৩. ডিজিটাল পণ্য এবং ডেলিভারি
SheetSmith ডিজিটাল পণ্য বিক্রি করে (যেমন: Google Sheets টেমপ্লেট, অটোমেটেড ড্যাশবোর্ড এবং এই সম্পর্কিত ডিজিটাল ফাইল)। পেমেন্ট সফল হওয়ার পর, ওয়েবসাইট বা ইমেলের মাধ্যমে আপনাকে ফাইল ডাউনলোডের অ্যাক্সেস দেওয়া হবে।
সফটওয়্যার প্রয়োজনীয়তা:
গুগল অ্যাকাউন্ট (Google Account): আমাদের ফাইলগুলো ব্যবহার করার জন্য আপনার একটি সচল গুগল অ্যাকাউন্ট (ফ্রি বা গুগল ওয়ার্কস্পেস) থাকতে হবে।
শুধুমাত্র গুগল শিট (Google Sheets Only): আমাদের পণ্যগুলো শুধুমাত্র Google Sheets-এর জন্য তৈরি। এগুলো মাইক্রোসফট এক্সেল (Microsoft Excel)-এর জন্য নয়। আপনি যদি ফাইলগুলো এক্সেলে কনভার্ট বা এক্সপোর্ট করার চেষ্টা করেন, তবে আমরা এর সঠিক কার্যকারিতার গ্যারান্টি দিই না।
৪. লাইসেন্স এবং ব্যবহারের অনুমতি
পণ্যের পেজে ভিন্ন কিছু উল্লেখ না থাকলে, আপনার কেনাকাটা আপনাকে ফাইলটি আপনার গুগল ড্রাইভে কপি করে ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহার বা নিজস্ব ব্যবসায়িক ব্যবহারের জন্য একটি নন-এক্সক্লুসিভ লাইসেন্স প্রদান করে।
আপনি যা করতে পারবেন না:
ফাইলগুলো (বা এর কোনো অংশ) তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে পুনরায় বিক্রি (Resell), বিতরণ বা শেয়ার করা।
ফাইলগুলো কোনো পাবলিক শেয়ারিং সাইট বা মার্কেটপ্লেসে আপলোড করা।
টেমপ্লেট বা ড্যাশবোর্ডগুলোকে নিজের তৈরি বলে দাবি করে বিক্রি বা বিতরণ করা।
ফাইলের ভেতর থাকা কোনো ব্র্যান্ডিং, কপিরাইট নোটিশ বা লাইসেন্স শর্তাবলী মুছে ফেলা।
যদি আপনার আরও বড় পরিসরে লাইসেন্সের প্রয়োজন হয় (যেমন: ক্লায়েন্টদের জন্য বা টিমের সবার জন্য),

৫. মূল্য নির্ধারণ, পেমেন্ট এবং ট্যাক্স
পণ্যের পেজে মূল্য উল্লেখ করা থাকে এবং তা যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
পেমেন্ট অনুমোদিত থার্ড-পার্টি পেমেন্ট প্রোভাইডার (যেমন: bKash, SSLCommerz, Stripe ইত্যাদি) দ্বারা প্রসেস করা হয়। আমরা আপনার পেমেন্ট কার্ড বা ব্যাংকিংয়ের সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য আমাদের সার্ভারে সংরক্ষণ করি না।
আপনার এলাকার আইন অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য ভ্যাট, ট্যাক্স বা ফি পরিশোধের দায়িত্ব আপনার।
৬. রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড
যেহেতু আমাদের পণ্যগুলো ডিজিটাল ডাউনলোড এবং কেনার সাথে সাথেই অ্যাক্সেস পাওয়া যায়, তাই সাধারণ নিয়ম অনুযায়ী পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া সম্ভব নয়। রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি (Refund Policy) পেজে উল্লেখ করা আছে।
৭. তথ্যের নির্ভুলতা
আমরা পণ্যের বিবরণ এবং ছবি নিখুঁত রাখার চেষ্টা করি। তবে, আমরা গ্যারান্টি দিই না যে ওয়েবসাইটের সমস্ত তথ্য সম্পূর্ণ ত্রুটিমুক্ত। আপনার মনিটর বা ব্রাউজারের সেটিংসের কারণে রং বা লেআউট সামান্য ভিন্ন দেখাতে পারে।
৮. নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহারসমূহ
আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে আপনি আমাদের সার্ভিসগুলো নিম্নলিখিত কাজে ব্যবহার করবেন না:
কোনো বেআইনি উদ্দেশ্যে বা বাংলাদেশের কোনো আইন লঙ্ঘন করতে।
SheetSmith বা কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের মেধা স্বত্ব (Intellectual Property) অধিকার লঙ্ঘন করতে।
ভাইরাস বা ম্যালওয়্যার ছড়ানো বা সাইটের ক্ষতি করার চেষ্টা করতে।
অন্য কাউকে হয়রানি বা ক্ষতি করার জন্য।
৯. তৃতীয় পক্ষের টুল এবং লিঙ্ক
আমাদের সার্ভিসে তৃতীয় পক্ষের টুল বা লিঙ্ক (যেমন: Google Drive, YouTube বা পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে) থাকতে পারে। তৃতীয় পক্ষের কন্টেন্ট, শর্তাবলী বা গোপনীয়তা নীতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই। তাদের সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করার ঝুঁকি আপনার নিজস্ব।
১০. ওয়ারেন্টি দাবিত্যাগ (Disclaimer)
আমাদের সার্ভিস এবং ডিজিটাল পণ্যগুলো “যেমন আছে” (as is) ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয়। আমরা এমন কোনো গ্যারান্টি দিই না যে সার্ভিসটি সর্বদা নিরবচ্ছিন্ন বা ত্রুটিমুক্ত হবে, অথবা পণ্যটি আপনার প্রতিটি নির্দিষ্ট চাহিদা পূরণ করবে।
১১. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
আইনত যতটুকু সম্ভব, SheetSmith বা এর মালিকপক্ষ কোনো পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক বা বিশেষ ক্ষতির জন্য (যেমন: ডেটা হারানো, ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতি বা আয়ের ক্ষতি) দায়ী থাকবে না, যা আপনার সার্ভিস ব্যবহারের ফলে হতে পারে।
১২. ক্ষতিপূরণ (Indemnification)
আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে, এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন বা সার্ভিস অপব্যবহারের কারণে সৃষ্ট কোনো দাবি, ক্ষতি বা আইনি ব্যয়ের জন্য আপনি SheetSmith-কে ক্ষতিপূরণ দেবেন এবং দায়মুক্ত রাখবেন।
১৩. পরিসমাপ্তি (Termination)
আমরা যেকোনো সময় আপনার সার্ভিস ব্যবহারের অ্যাক্সেস স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারি, বিশেষ করে যদি আমরা প্রতারণা, অপব্যবহার বা শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘনের সন্দেহ করি।
১৪. প্রযোজ্য আইন (Governing Law)
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশ-এর আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে। এই শর্তাবলী সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তির জন্য ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশ-এর আদালতের এখতিয়ার থাকবে।
১৫. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
আমরা সময় সময় এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট করতে পারি। যেকোনো পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা এই পেজে নতুন সংস্করণ প্রকাশ করব এবং উপরের কার্যকর তারিখ আপডেট করব।
