Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SheetSmith, we take pride in the quality and functionality of our Google Sheets templates. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via the Internet, they are irrevocable once accessed or copied. For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the files have been accessed.
However, we want you to be confident in your decision to turn your data into decisions with us. We assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis according to the guidelines below.
1. When We Generally DO NOT Offer Refunds
We are unable to provide refunds in the following situations:
Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want the template after purchasing.
Platform Mismatch (Excel vs. Google Sheets): You purchased a template expecting it to work in Microsoft Excel. SheetSmith products are explicitly designed and optimized for Google Sheets only.
Lack of Expertise: You do not have the basic Google Sheets knowledge required to use the template (though we are happy to provide support guidance).
Mistaken Purchase: You bought the item by mistake or bought the wrong version.
Goodwill Requests: Requests for refunds without a functional issue with the product.
2. When We MAY Offer a Refund
We stand behind our work. A refund or credit may be issued if:
Technical Defects: The template is broken, corrupted, or does not function as described, and our support team is unable to fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Misrepresentation: The product you received is materially different from the description or preview provided on our website.
Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
3. How to Request Support or a Refund
If you are experiencing issues with a template, please contact us before lodging a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Disputes freeze resources and make it harder for us to help you.

Step 2: Please include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and screenshots if possible.
Step 3: We will review your request and aim to resolve technical issues within [24-48 hours].
If the refund is approved, the money will be returned to the same method you used to make the payment.
A Note on Compatibility: At SheetSmith, we specialize in the power of the cloud. Please note that this template is built strictly for Google Sheets to ensure real-time collaboration and automation. It is not designed for Microsoft Excel. As this is an instant digital download, we generally do not offer refunds, so please ensure you are comfortable using Google Sheets before purchasing.

তবে, আমরা চাই আপনি নিশ্চিন্তে আমাদের ডেটা সল্যুশনগুলো ব্যবহার করুন। তাই কিছু বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে আমরা রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্ট বিবেচনা করি। বিস্তারিত নিচে দেওয়া হলো:
১. যেসব ক্ষেত্রে আমরা সাধারণত রিফান্ড দেই না: নিম্নলিখিত কারণগুলোতে আমরা রিফান্ড দিতে অক্ষম:
মত পরিবর্তন: কেনার পর আপনি যদি সিদ্ধান্ত নেন যে পণ্যটি আর আপনার প্রয়োজন নেই।
সফটওয়্যার ভুল বোঝা (Excel vs. Google Sheets): আপনি যদি মাইক্রোসফট এক্সেল (Microsoft Excel)-এ ব্যবহারের উদ্দেশ্যে এটি কিনে থাকেন। মনে রাখবেন, SheetSmith-এর সমস্ত পণ্য শুধুমাত্র Google Sheets-এ ব্যবহারের জন্য তৈরি এবং অপ্টিমাইজ করা।

২. যেসব ক্ষেত্রে আমরা রিফান্ড বিবেচনা করতে পারি: যদি আমাদের দিক থেকে কোনো ত্রুটি থাকে, তবে আমরা রিফান্ড বা ক্রেডিট দিতে পারি:
টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যা: যদি ফাইলটি ভাঙা (Corrupted) থাকে বা সঠিকভাবে কাজ না করে এবং আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে তা ঠিক করতে ব্যর্থ হয়।
বর্ণনার সাথে অমিল: আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া বর্ণনার সাথে মূল পণ্যের উল্লেখযোগ্য পার্থক্য থাকলে।
ডুপ্লিকেট পেমেন্ট: যদি একই অর্ডারের জন্য ভুলবশত আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে দুইবার টাকা কেটে নেওয়া হয়।
৩. সাপোর্ট বা রিফান্ডের জন্য যোগাযোগ: যদি আপনি কোনো সমস্যায় পড়েন, দয়া করে পেমেন্ট প্রোভাইডার বা ব্যাংকে অভিযোগ (Dispute) করার আগে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। সরাসরি আমাদের জানালে আমরা দ্রুত সমাধানের চেষ্টা করতে পারি।
